Morpheus8 Body technology

This technology can effectively treat large surface areas that benefit from increased skin elasticity. The handpiece has 40 thin gold-coated microneedles that deliver radiofrequency (RF) energy to the layer of adipose tissue (fat) between the skin and muscle.

While it destroys superficial fat cells, it also stimulates the production of collagen and elastin to tighten skin. What to expect

To keep patients comfortable during the procedure, we use either a compounded numbing cream or tumescent “awake” anesthesia. Pro-Nox™ nitrous gas is also available for patients who become anxious during medical procedures.

Afterward, patients should avoid sun exposure and apply a moisturizer to the treated area. The results are gradual and usually appear in three to four weeks with continued improvement in skin elasticity over three months.
